沙蚕毒素杀虫剂重度中毒的临床抢救

目的 探讨沙蚕毒素杀虫剂重度中毒在临床的治疗方法。方法 4 3例重度中毒分为对照组 1 7例 (2 0 0 0年以前治疗组 ) ,实验组 2 6例 (2 0 0 0年以后治疗组 ) ,2 0 0 0年以后重度中毒患者给予气管插管 ,洗胃 ,机械通气 ,血透等综合治疗与对照组进行比较。结果 轻度、中度中毒采用常用的方法均能有效治愈 ,但重度中毒的患者能明显地提高抢救的成功率和治愈率 ,并缩短患者的住院时间。结论 沙蚕毒素杀虫剂重度中毒患者给予除中毒的常规抢救措施外应给予气管插管 ,机械通气 。

Aim On the clinicla cures for serious poisoning of pesticide nertice toxin .Methods 43 cases of serious poisoning are divided into 2 teams: 7 for contrast(before 2000);26 for experiment (after 2000).After the year 2000,the patients of the latter were intersively cured by endotracheal intubation. Washing stomach,mechaical ,ventilatin hencodialysis and compared with the contrast.Result The common cures are done for the light and middle poisoning,and for the serious obviously improve the proportion of success and cure.Conclusion The first aid for the serious poisoning of pesticide nereid toxin include exdotracheal intubation,washing atomach,mechanical ventilatin,homodialysis beyond common cures.
