延迟性脾破裂25例

Delayed rupture of spleen in 25 cases

目的 探讨延迟性脾破裂的临床诊治。方法 对 2 5例延迟性脾破裂进行回顾性总结。结果 手术治疗 2 4例 ,均行脾切除术 ,非手术治疗 1例。全部病例均治愈。结论 延迟性脾破裂的诊断关键在于提高警惕性 ,密切观察病情变化 ;治疗仍以手术为主 。

Aim To explore clinical diagnosis and treatment of delayed rupture of spleen.Mehtods 25 cases of delayed rupture of spleen were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of these 24 cases received operative treatment ,all the 24 cases underwent splenectomy,1 case received non operative treatment.All the 25 cases were cured.Conclusion The keys to the diagnosis of delayed rupture of sleen are heightening our vigiliance,we should observe carefully the changes of patients' condition;Operation is regarded as the principle of the treatment,we should attch improtance to the treatment for preserving spleen.
