镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症

Nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent for the managem ent of benign prostatic hyperplasic

目的 总结应用网状支架治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法 1 998年 9月～ 2 0 0 3年 9月应用镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。结果 2 1例 (91 % )有效 ,IPSS减少 1 9 8,平均尿流率 (MFR)增加 5 2ml/s ,剩余尿 (RUV)从术前尿潴留减少至 35ml。结论镍钛合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症 ;严重并发症少 ,疗效满意 。

Aim To evaluate the result of endourethral wall stent in treating caused by benign prostatic hyperplasic.Methods From Sep.1998 to Sep.2003,self expanding flexible endourethral stent was placed for prostatic hyperplasic patients with pronounce subjective.Results The success rate was 91% ,IPSS decreased by 19 8,MFR increased 5 2 ml/s and residual urine decreased from full retention to 35 ml.Conclusions The results indicated that nikel titanium shape memory alloy stent was a safe ,effective treat ment for benign prostatio by perplasia.
