A New Idea about the Bertrand Paradox Theory

This article puts forward a new idea about the famous Bertrand Paradox Theory and partly negates the Traditional view. The author of this article thinks that there is only one solution to the Bertrand Paradox. The traditional view is wrong that there are three solutions which are all correct. The author of this article has made a deep research on the Bertrand Paradox, and then gives a reasonable explanation.
