A Study of the Characteristics, the Causes and the Countermeasures of Transnational Organized Crimes

近年来,跨国有组织犯罪日益猖獗,深入探讨其特征、原因和对策,对其防范有着重要的意义。跨国性、高度严密的组织性、犯罪手段日益现代化、智能化、犯罪的最终目的在于攫取尽可能大的经济利益是其主要特征。现代科技迅速发展、经济全球化、腐败现象广泛存在、各国间经济发展的不平衡、法律制度的差异、某些地区动荡的政局和复杂的环境等是其主要原因。要有效地打击跨国有组织犯罪,必须采取广泛、密切的国际合作等措施。

Recently, transnational organized crimes are becoming more and more rampant. Discussing deeply on the characteristics and the causes of transnational organized crimes has a very important significance to their correction. Transnational, highly well-organized, more and more modern and resourceful criminal means and gaining economic benefit to the full are the main characteristics of them. Rapid development of modern science and technology, globally integrated economy, extensive corrupting, the disequilibrium of economic development, the difference of legal systems among all countries and turbulent political situation and complicated natural environment in some regions are the main causes. I think that we must carry out widespread and close international coordination and adopt other measures in order to fight effectively against this kind of crimes.
