摘要
ISO9000:2000版标准中提出以顾客为中心、领导作用、全员参与、过程方法、管理的系统方法、持续改进、基于事实的决策方法、互利的供方关系的质量管理八项原则,是有效实施学报质量管理工作的理论基础和必须遵循的原则。在学报质量管理中广泛应用这八项原则就是要树立全心全意为读者服务的根本宗旨,领导高度重视学报质量管理工作,鼓励编辑人员积极参与学报质量管理工作,建立编辑与作者互惠互利的良好合作关系,对学报编辑出版过程的各个环节有效控制,根据广泛搜集的数据和信息对学报质量管理进行科学决策,不断地改进学报质量管理工作,提高学报的整体质量。
Quality control eight doctrines of ISO9000:2000 are: focusing on buyer, leader's function, attending by all persons, process methods, system methods of management, continues improvement, decision-making methods according to facts, and mutual benefit of provider relationship. These also are theoretical base and followed doctrines in availably enforcing journal quality control job. To extensively apply these doctrines in journal quality control,it must set fundamental purpose to serve the readers wholeheartedly, must attach great importance to journal quality control job by leaders, must encourage editors take part in journal quality control job enthusiastically, must availably control each link of editing and publishing process of journal, must decide scientifically according to facts, and must improve and enhance journal quality by strong measures.
