海南岛香蕉寄生线虫的调查 被引量:10

Investigation on Species of Nematodes in Banana in Hainan Island

摘要 调查了澄迈、三亚、临高、乐东、东方、文昌、昌江、琼海、海口等9个县(市)香蕉寄生线虫的种类。从采集到的40份根样和40份土样中,分离到根结属(MeloidogyneGoeldi)、螺旋属(HelicotylenchusSteiner)、肾状属(RotylenchulusLinford&Oliverira)、盘旋属(RotylenchusFilipjev)、滑刃属(AphelenchoidesFischer)、长针属(LongidorusFilipjev)、纽带属(HoplolaimusvonDaday)、拟盘旋属(PararotylenchusBaldwin&Bell)、刺属(BelononlaimusSteiner)、垫刃属(TylenchusBastian)、茎属(DitylenchusFilipjev)与短体属(PratylenchusFilipjev)共12属寄生线虫。其中,根结属分布最广泛,纽带属、肾状属、螺旋属、滑刃属次之;此5属线虫是危害海南岛香蕉生产的重要种类。 Investigations were made on nematodes parasitizing banana in such counties/cities as Chengmai, Sanya, Lingao, Ledong, Dongfang, Wenchang, Changjiang, Qionghai and Haikou in Hainan Island. Twelve genera of nematodes were identified from 40 root samples and 40 soil samples collected from rhizosphere 10 cm deep. These genera include Meloidogyne spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Rotylenchulus spp., Rotylenchus spp., Aphelenchoides spp., Longidorus spp., Hoplolaimus spp., Pararotylenchus spp., Belononlaimus spp., Tylenchus spp., Ditylenchus spp., Pratylenchus spp. Of them, Meloidogyne was the largest nematode species in population, followed by Helicotylenchus, Hoplolaimus, Rotylenchulus, and then Aphelenchoides. These five genera are important nematodes containing production of banana in Hainan Island.
