摘要
研制了由程序逻辑控制器(PLC)和监控计算机构成的自屏蔽式电子束消毒灭菌装置分布式网络控制系统。在友好计算机界面下,操纵人员能控制整个系统,并能在互联网上远程监视和维护,从而实现网络监拄。软件采用CXP和C语言等编写。部分硬件功能由软件实现,使得整个系统更易于测试、生产和维护升级。
The control system of the self-shielding electron beam installation for sterilization was developed. It is a distributed control system (DCS). The system consists of programmable logic controller (PLC), monitor computer and some other communication modules. The control system can be controlled in friendly interface and it can be monitored and maintenanced in Internet.
