Gymnastics Course Construction and Innovative Management

通过教研室的课程建设和创新经营的实验,提出了创新经营的理念和模式。教研室根据学校各专业和社会的需求,开发新的课程,建立柔性课程体系,以优质课程求发展。通过课程建设与创新经营,教师素质有很大提高,产生了较大的社会效益。实践表明,课程建设是创新经营的基础,创新经营是课程建设的结果与延伸。

This paper introduces the way to construct courses and manage teaching affairs by a teaching research group. A new concept of innovative management has been put forward. According to the requirements of specialty and society, the teaching research group designs new courses, establishes flexible course system, and seeks development through courses of high quality. Through courses construction and new teaching affairs management, the teachers'quality has been improved greatly and plentiful social profits have been achieved. It is shown that course construction is the groundwork of innovative management and innovative management is correspondingly the extension of course construction.
