摘要
在以健康第一为指导思想的高校体育课程改革中,如何发挥体育心理学的作用,是高校体育工作者面临的一个重要课题。从高校体育课程目标、体育课程内容、体育课堂教学效果、体育考核评价方法4个方面进行了阐述。
During the reform of PE curriculum guided by the principle of 'Health First' , how to exert the role of PE psychology is an important task which PE workers at college and university will be faced with. This paper gives a full description of the following four respects of college PE curriculum; targets, contents, teaching results and assessments.
