果树根系寿命与呼吸强度的相关性 被引量:4

ROOT LIFESPAN OF FIVE FRUIT TREE SPECIES CORRELATE WITH THEIR RESPIRATION INTENSITY

摘要 本文测定了东北山樱桃、山桃、核桃、酸枣、平邑甜茶五个树种的根系寿命和根系呼吸强度 ,结果表明 :酸枣根的寿命最长 ,为 4 0d ,东北山樱桃和山桃的根寿命较短 ,分别是 12d和 10d ,前者是后两者的 3.3~ 4 .0倍。白色根的呼吸强度以东北山樱桃较大 (0 .311O2 ,μmol/ (g·min) ) ,酸枣较弱 (0 .12 6O2 ,μmol/ (g·min) ) ;白色根的呼吸强度大于木质根 ,但酸枣白色根呼吸强度小于木质根 ;根的寿命与呼吸强度呈负相关 ,相关系数为R2 =0 .82 4 9。 The correlation of root lifespan of five fruit tree species ( Cerasus.serrulata.G.Don, Prunus. Davidiana Franch , Juglans. regia L, ZiZiphus. Jujuba var.spinosa(Bge.)Hu ex H.F.Chow , Malus.hupehensis.Rehd)with their respiration intensity were determined in this study.The results showed that the lifespan of ZiZiphus. Jujuba var.spinosa(Bge.)Hu ex H.F.Chow was 40 days which is the loogest among the five tree species and 3.3~4.0time as compared with that of Cerasus.serrulata.G.Don, and Prunus. Davidiana Franch.12 days and 10 days respectively. On the contrary,the respiration intensity of white roots of Cerasus .serrulata.G.Don [ 0.311 O 2,μmol/ ( g·min)]was higher as compared with that of ZiZiphus. Jujuba var.spinosa(Bge.)Hu ex H.F.Chow [0.126 O 2,μmol/ (g·min)].The respiration intensity of white root was higher than that of woody roots with the exception of ZiZiphus. Jujuba var.spinosa(Bge.)Hu ex H.F.Chow.The root lifespan was negatively correlated with respiration intensity of root (R2=0.8249).
