摘要 本试验旨在探索并建立一种植物开放式组织培养模式 ,使植物组织培养脱离严格无菌的操作环境 ,在自然、开放的有菌环境中进行操作 ,从根本上简化组培环节 ,降低组培成本。实验证明 ,通过抑生素的应用 ,不用高压灭菌和超净工作台接种 ,在不影响组培效果的情况下 ,能够将污染率控制在 1 0 %以下的可接受范围内。 The purpose of the experiment was to set up an open-tissue-culture mode, so that the plant tissue culture could be operated in the natural, open surrounding instead of severely aseptic environment. As a result, the steps of tissue culture could be simplified radically and the cost could be reduced greatly. Experimental results showed that, by using plantiotics instead of inoculating table and autoclave, the contamination rate could be kept in the acceptable lever under 10% and the resued of tissue culture could not be influenced.
