摘要
采用PCR -RFLP技术 ,以 99头荷斯坦牛为试验材料 ,对牛催乳素 (bPRL)基因进行了检测分析 ,检测到AA、AB、BB三种基因型 ,其基因型频率分别为 0 .2 6 2 6、0 .3737、0 .36 37;同时结合产奶性状进行最小二乘分析 ,结果表明 :不同基因型的奶牛平均产奶量差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BB型高于AB型 ,AB型高于AA型 ,证明B等位基因为优势等位基因 ;同时 ,基因型对乳蛋白率的影响极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,表明PRL基因对奶牛产奶性状具有重要影响。
The bovine Prolactin gene was detected in 99 Holstein Cattle by PCR-RFLPs,and the PCR products were digested by Xba I. The genotypes in the PRL gene were AA,AB and BB,the frequencies were 0.2626,0.3737 and 0.3637 respectively. For the PRL genotypes in Holstein Cattle,the relationship of milk yield and contents among PRL genotypes were studied. The results showed that milk yield in BB genotypes significantly higher than that in AB genotypes(BB>AB,P<0.05),which proved that B allele was dominant allele;Significant differences were detected between different genotypes and lactoprotein percent (P<0.01) .It indicated that some important milk yield and contents in Holstein Cattle were affected by the PRL gene.
