摘要
本文介绍了可编程控制器 (PLC)在沥青拌和站控制系统中的应用 ,它采用了可编程控制器作为下层数据采集和处理的核心设备 ,实现了系统控制的自动化 ,先进的硬件技术和优化的软件设计使整个系统的可靠性得到了较大的提高。该系统已在实践中得到了广泛的应用 ,取得了较好的效果。
The application of PLC to computer control systems in asphalt mixing station is introduced. The system uses SIMATIC S7-200 PLC made by SIMENS as the central data collecting and processing device, which implements automation control of the system. Advanced hardware and optimized design of software make the reliability of the whole computer control systems better. The system has obtained great success in the application.
