中国石化齐鲁股份有限公司聚氯乙烯(PVC)装置二期扩能改造引进了美国Oxyvinyls公司聚合技术,PVC树脂生产能力由原有的230kt/a增加到600kt/a。研究了OxyvinylsPVC产品典型牌号之一的OV225P的颗粒特性、基本性能、塑化性能、力学性能和型材加工性能等。结果表明:OV225P的平均聚合度为1030,平均粒径为135滋m,表观密度为0.53g/mL,型材挤出性能优良,完全可以满足国内市场的需求。
The technology of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) was imported from Oxyvinyls Company Limited, the United States, during the secondary revamping for capacity expansion of the PVC plant of Qilu Company Limited of SINOPEC; the plant′s production capacity of PVC resin was raised to 600 kt/a from 230 kt/a. One of the typical grades of PVC resins offered in the Oxyvinyls technology, OV 225 P, was studied, concerning powder characteristics, basic performance, plasticizing property, mechanical properties and profile processability. The results show that OV 225 P has an average polymerization degree of 1 030 and average particle size of 135 μm, apparent bulk density 0.53 g/mL and good profile processability, thereby satisfying the requirement in domestic market.
