摘要
通过对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂的研究,设计了ABS-750 SW生产中的聚丁二烯胶乳配方、ABS接枝聚合配方以及凝聚、掺合生产工艺,开发出超白ABS-750 SW产品.该产品的熔体流动指数为45~60g/10 min,悬臂梁冲击强度大于或等于167 J/m,屈服拉伸强度大于或等于40 MPa,黄色指数小于或等于19.
Through the studies on acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin, a kind of super white ABS was produced in accordance with the recipes of butadiene latex and grafting copolymerization onto ABS as well as the blending process developed in this paper. The super white ABS resin featured of melt flow index of 45-60 g/10 min, Izod impact strength of 167 J/m, tensile strength at yield of higher than or equal to 40 MPa and yellow index of lower than or equal to 19.
