茂名石化乙烯工业公司采用引进国外技术的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物生产线,在生产初期遇到了凝聚系统胶粒结团堵料、后处理膨胀干燥机入口堵料的难题。分析了发生堵料的原因,前者是系统分散剂含量偏低,后者是设备和干燥工艺流程不合理;提出了最低分散剂含量的经验公式,并对挤出机切刀位置、膨胀干燥机设备和挤出机出风管流程进行了改造。
Blockage caused by rubber lump in the stripping system and in the feed hopper of the expansion-exsiccation machine occurred during the initial production stage of the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) plant which was imported from abroad by Maoming Petrochemical Ethylene Industrial Company. It was concluded from the analyses for the blockage that the insufficiency of the dispersing agent in the stripper, the deficiencies of the drying equipment and the irrational drying process flow resulted in these blockages. An empirical formula for the minimum dosage of the dispersing agent was brought forward. Some modifications on expansion -exsiccation machine and extruder's cutter position and air conduit were carried out; the blockages were effectively eliminated after the modifications.
