This paper reviewed the status and development of fiber grade polypropylene (PP) speciality resin, especially the latest progress in technologies for producing fiber grade PP speciality resins. PP synthesized with metallocene catalyst possesses unique properties, and thereby exhibiting a broad application prospect in the market of fiber grade PP speciality resins.
