摘要
北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司生产的乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与市售流滴防雾母粒配合,生产具有优良性能的长寿流滴功能棚膜。薄膜表面接触角测试、加速流滴试验、大田扣棚应用试验表明,添加流滴防雾母粒后,水与薄膜的接触角明显降低;薄膜加速流滴试验的流滴失效时间大于190h;大田扣棚应用无滴期大于5个月。燕化公司生产的LD369、LD361与市场上常用的同类EVA产品性能相当。
A kind of anti-dripping greenhouse film with long service life and good performance was prepared through compounding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer from Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Company Limited (BYPC) and the anti-dripping/anti-fog masterbatch available in the market. The test of contacting angle of the film with water, the accelerated anti-dripping experiment and the trial application of the film in the farm demonstrate that after adding the anti-dripping/anti-fog masterbatch the contacting angle of the film with water obviously reduces; the service life of the film in the accelerated anti-dripping experiment exceeds 190 hours and dripping-free period of the film in the application in the farm is longer than 5 months. The product LD 369 and LD 361 from BYPC are equivalent to the EVA of same kinds that are available in the market.
