摘要
吡咯和对甲苯磺酰氯在金属钾的催化作用下合成N 甲苯磺酰基吡咯 ,它与辛酰氯在无水AlCl3 催化下进行傅 克酰基化反应合成了N 甲苯磺酰基 3 辛酰基吡咯 (2 )。在NaOH水溶液中 ,回流条件下 ,2进行碱式水解可得到目标产物。通过1HNMR、IR及元素分析对产物的结构进行了表征。
The N-tolylsulfonylpyrrole was obtained by the reaction between pyrrole and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride catalyzed by potassium,then the N-tolylsulfonylpyrrole was allowed to react with caprylyl chloride in the presence of AlCl 3 to give 3-octanoyl-N-tolylsulfonylpyrrole,which was hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide by refluxing to give 3-octanoylpyrrole.The structure of the product was determined by in detail FT-IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
