有机碱催化合成电泳用2-羟丙基-β-环糊精 被引量:1

Catalytic synthesis of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin for electrophoresis use by organic base

摘要 采用有机碱催化 ,使 β 环糊精与环氧丙烷反应 ,制备了水溶性 2 羟丙基 β 环糊精。讨论了合成条件的影响 ,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确证了产物的结构。产品在水中的溶解度较 β CD明显上升 ,可用作毛细管电泳的手性选择剂。 Using organic base as catalyst,water-soluble 2-hydroxy-propanyl-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized through the reaction between β-cyclodextrin and epihydrin.The synthetic conditions were discussed.The product structure was identified with IR and 1HNMR .The product has good solubility in water,and is suitable for capillary electrophoresis as a chiral selector.
