Phase transfer catalyzed synthesis of acetyllactosyl substituted benzoates

采用相转移催化法合成了 7个取代苯甲酸乳糖酯 ,通过IR、1HNMR、元素分析确证了糖酯的结构 ,通过对糖酯化合物的1HNMR图谱中糖环碳 1位质子的化学位移及偶合常数 ,并结合红外图谱中糖环C1 H的弯曲振动吸收 ,确证糖酯化合物均为 β型异构体。

Seven new acetyllactosyl substituted benzoates were synthesized under phase transfer conditions.Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR .The coupling constants of the anomeric protons of the benzoates of 1HNMR and the characteristic absorption of the lactose units of the IR data indicated that the acetyllactosyl substituted benzoates had the β-configuration.
