放射外照射事故剂量重建中的蒙特卡罗模拟方法 被引量:5

摘要 目的 建立放射外照射事故剂量重建的计算机系统。方法 基于MIRD的人体及其器官的数学模型 ,采用蒙特卡罗 (MC)方法 ,结合放射事故的受照模式 ,建立放射外照射事故剂量重建的计算机系统。结果 成功研制了放射事故剂量重建的计算机系统。用这个系统计算了河南省6 0 Co放射事故危重病人的剂量 ,其计算结果与实验模拟测量和生物剂量检测结果十分一致。结论 本系统方便、快捷 ,它不但可估算事故受照人员的器官剂量和全身剂量 ,而且也能用于事故早期剂量的估计。 Objective To develop a computer method of dose reconstruction for external irradiation accident. Methods Based on MIRD mathematic model of the organs and by means of the Monte Carlo method,a computer program of dose reconstruction in external irradiation accident was developed for various irradiation patterns. Results The computer method of dose reconstruction for external irradiation accident was completed,and dose estimation for the acute patients of a 60Co accident in Henan Provinces was carried out by this method.The results showed that the estimated doses of the organs and the whole body were very close to the valuces from an experiment simulation using an anthropomorphic phantom,and the dose of the whole body was very consistent with that of biological dosimetry. Conclusion This computer method is very convenient for dose reconstruction in radiation accident.It is not only for the estimation of organ dose,but also for early dose estimation in radiation accident.;
