摘要
对漳河灌区农民用水者协会运行现状进行了调查和初步分析。总结了组建农民用水者协会以后所取得的成效,指出了存在的问题,并提出了健全农民用水者协会的若干建议。
The operation actuality of the farmers water use association in Zhanghe Irrigation District is investigated and analyzed preliminarily. The achievements obtained after establishment of farmers water use association are summarized, the problems existing are pointed out, and suggestions for improvement of farmers water use association are proposed.
