摘要
通过ANSYS的点面接触和面面接触单元来模拟发电机转子立筋与磁轭之间的联系形式,并利用加温度荷载的方法来模拟焊接收缩,计算结果表明,比较接近实际受力情况,符合工程实际,达到了预期的效果。
The connection between the vertical bar and magnetic yoke of the generator rotor is simulated by point to surface contact and surface to surface contact elements of ANSYS. The weld contracting is simulated by add of temperature load. The calculation results show that the simulations approach the real stress condition, suit the practice, and reach the expected effects.
