摘要
通过对水泵调速系统的应用研究,在对DSP的结构、直接转矩控制理论及水泵变频调速的原理深入分析的基础上,提出了一种简化的、适合于水泵调速的、基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的直接转矩控制(DTC)逆变调速系统;该控制系统是一套集控制、检测、变频调速等于一体节能型控制设备,从而实现了对水泵实时高性能的变频调速控制,达到节约能量的目的,实践证明该设备具有良好的使用价值。
Through the application study on the pump speed control system, a simplified direct torque control (DTC) converse speed control system, which was suitable for the pump speed control and based on the DSP (digital signal processing), was put forward in this article on the basis of careful analysis of the structure of DSP, the theory of DTC, and the principle of variable-frequency control of pump. It is a set of energy saving control equipment integrated with control, measuring, variable-frequency control etc. Accordingly the objectives of real time high capability variable-frequency control of pump and energy saving were fulfilled. The application has proved that the equipment has a high utilization value.
