Worker's social support network means the comparatively stable interpersonal relationship formed in working and life. The paper holds that the level of worker's social support network is low and with a small scope. Workers construct their social support network in macro-social structure and culture, in addition, they seek understanding and support from their relatives, neighbours, friends as well as colleagues in the social support network of constant production and re-production, in return, the active and passive interaction of seeking support and offering support produces macro-social structure constantly.
