摘要
按照营销学的观点,学校的教学活动是一个不断满足学生需要的过程。通过各种"市场细分"方法,将全体学生划分为若干个群体,教师可根据各个学生群体的具体情况,设计与之相适应的教学策略,真正体现"以人为本",切实实现"因材施教"。
According to the concept of marketing, the teaching activity can be a process of constantly satisfying the students' demands. By using the method of 'elaborate division of market', students can be divided into different groups according to their different demands while the teaching strategies should be designed to suit the demands of each specific group.
