非脱垂子宫阴式与开腹子宫切除术效果比较

Comparison of Effect in Transvaginal Hysterectomy and Laparotomy Hysterectomy for Non-prolapsed Uterus

目的 :探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的临床应用价值。方法 :将非脱垂子宫因良性病变而需行子宫切除的患者 6 0例随机分成两组 ,每组 30例。观察组施行阴式子宫全切术 ,对照组施行传统腹式子宫全切术。结果 :两组手术均成功。观察组手术时间短 ,术中出血少 ,术后疼痛轻 ,术后病率低 ,肛门排气时间早 ,住院时间短 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ,不增加术后并发症 (P >0 .10 )。结论 :阴式子宫全切术具有手术时间短 ,术中出血少 ,术后疼痛轻 ,恢复快 ,不增加并发症等优点 ,是值得推广的一种子宫全切术方法。

Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of the Transvaginal Hysterectomy in non-prolapsed Uterus. Methods: [WT5”BZ]We randomly divided 60 cases that need to be undertaking Hysterectomy because of benign lesion in non-prolapsed Uterus into two groups, 30 cases each group. The observation group was performed Transvaginal Hysterectomy and the control group was performed traditional Laparotomy Hysterectomy. Results: The operations of the two groups were succeed. But the observation group had more advantages, such as the time of operation was short, and bleeding in the operation was few, and after the operation, the pain was light and the rate of attack was low, and the time of exhausting of rectum was early, and length of stay was short, all the different were significance different compared with the control group (P<0.05). Moreover, it was not to add the postoperative complications (P>0.10). Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] The Transvaginal Hysterectomy had many advantages, so, it was deserved to popularize in clinical applying.
