摘要
从患病仿刺参分离获得的两株优势菌2004—A1和2004—A2,经人工感染回接健康参试验,均获得与原发病相同症状,证实此两株菌是病原菌。另通过人工创伤感染试验确认海参受外伤后,容易感染发生溃烂病。
Two bacterial strains, 2004—A1 and 2004—A2, were isolated from the diseased sea cucumber, Apostichopus japonicus, in ponds during wintering. The healthy sea cucumber was challenged with the bacterial isolate by infiltration and intramuscular injection, and occurred the same symptom as the diseased did, demonstrating that the bacteria isolate was a pathogen. The occurrence of ulcer disease was easily found when the sea cucumber was wound by artificial process.
