摘要
人才资源为第一生产要素,纺织行业人才资源不足已成为制约经济发展的重要因素,着力增加人才数量,提高人才素质,建立合理的人才结构体系,保证人才资源满足纺织服装行业产业结构提升的要求,适应知识经济时代的需求,推动支柱性行业的可持续发展。为此以经济领头羊的珠江三角洲地区为对象,采用随机抽样调查研究的办法,通过分析现状,对纺织行业人才发展做出预测并推论出必须建设纺织院校是本题的主要内容。
Human resources are the first essential factor of production. The shortage of the talent resources of the textile industry has become the important element which restricts the economic development. We make great efforts to increase the talents quantity, improve their qualities and build the reasonable talent structure system to ensure that the human resources can meet the requirements of the promotion of the textile clothing industrial structure, suit the demands of the knowledge economic era and push forward the sustainable development of the mainstay industry. With the leading sheep of economy — the Pearl River Delta area as the object, the main content of this article is analyzing the present situation and predicting the talent development of the textile industry by adopting the method of investigating and researching into the random samplings.
