摘要
目的 :建立辣椒风湿膏中辣椒素的含量测定方法。方法 :选用C18柱 ,稀磷酸 (PH =3.1～ 3.5 )溶液 -乙腈 (5 0 :5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 7nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 98.1% ,RSD为 0 .84 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重复性好 ,可用于辣椒风湿膏的质量控制。
Aim:To develop a method to determine the Capsaicin Content of Capsicum Rheumatism electuary by HPLC.Methods:AC18Column was used,rare calcium phosphate(PH=3.1～3.5)-acetonitrile(50:50)as a Mobilephase and the wavelength of UV detector 207nm.Rusults:The linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 98.1%,RSD was 0.84%(n=5).Conclusion:The methed is simple,reliabe,hight,sensitivity,and good reproducibility.It can be used in quality control of Capsicum rheumatism electuary.
