摘要
针对声光调 Q YAG脉冲激光修整树脂 CBN砂轮,建立了单脉冲激光烧蚀过程的数学模型。应用有限元方法模拟出各种激光功率密度条件下的温度场和凹坑形貌,获得单脉冲烧蚀凹坑深度与激光功率密度的关系曲线,并与试验结果进行比较,表明所建立的模型可以正确描述实际物理过程。
A mathematical model was created to describe single pulsed laser ablation which was occurred in the experiments of truing and dressing resin-bonded CBN grind wheels by acoustic-optic Q-switched YAG pulsed laser. The temperature field, shape and depth of the craters ablated by different laser power densities was calculated with finite element method. The model is proved to be correct by contrast with the experimental results.
