摘要
供应商关系的定位是供应管理的重要内容 ,也是影响供应链绩效的重要因素。本文通过对供应管理目标与供应商关系进行分析 ,提出了供应商关系必须与供应管理目标相匹配的结论。同时阐述了供需之间的信任对供应商关系的影响。
Relational orientation of suppliers is important content and key factor influencing supply chain performance. Based on analysis on supply management goal and relationship between suppliers, this paper reaches the conclusion that relationship between supplier smust match supply management goal, and elaborates on the influence of the trust between buyers and suppliers on relationship between suppliers.
