摘要
本文分析了纺织服装产品差异化的来源与特征 ,基于线性模型探讨了差异化与竞争力的相互关系 ,提出了成功实施差异化战略应注意的几点问题 ,对纺织服装行业的快速发展具有实践指导意义。
The source and characteristics of differentiation of textile and garment products are analyzed. The relationship between differentiation and competitiveness is discussed, based on Hotelling model. Some pieces of advice on achieving differentiation strategy are brought forward, which is helpful for the rapid development of textile and garment industry.
