摘要
在对ZrO2粉体压制过程力学模型研究的基础上,应用国际大型通用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对ZrO2粉体压制轴对称块体过程中流动行为、规律和致密度进行分析。给出成型过程中,粉体变形几何形状、应力应变场、密度分布等数据,并根据此数据分析出现质量缺陷的原因,快速有效地确定模具的最理想形状。
Based on the research of mechanical model of ZrO_2 powder compressing process, with finite element software MSC.Marc, analysis of flow behaviors, rules as well as density of an axisymmetric block of ZrO_2 powder in a process of compression are made. The geometric shape, stress and strain field together with density distribution are got in the process of prototyping, causes of quality deficiency are identified with these results, and an ideal shape of die is confirmed rapidly and effectively.
