摘要
短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)是脑血管病的一个特殊类型,其诊断的规范决定合理的治疗。TIA是一种综合征而并不是独立的疾病,复杂的发病机制决定治疗的个体化,TIA的不同特点是预后的重要决定因素。在急性期不能及时区分TIA和脑梗死的时候,急性缺血性脑血管综合征是一个合理的选择。
Transient ischemic attack is a special type of cerebrovascular diseases. The appropriate therapy is based on the right diagnosis. TIA is a syndrome rather than a disease entity. The individual therapy strategy is needed for the complex mechanisms of TIA. The clinical characteristics are important determinative factors of prognosis. Acute ischemic cerebrovascular syndrome is a new and suitably diagnostic nomenclature if we differentiate between TIA and acute cerebral infarction during the clinical practice of acute care.
