Exploration and Development of Sport Culture Construction in Small Towns in Hunan Province during the Period of Transition

以问卷调查、访谈、观察等方法研究转型期湖南省小城镇体育文化建设的发展,包括体育文化观念、体育组织机构与制度、群众体育文化活动、体育场地设施等方面的情况。根据国家对小城镇建设的要求,构建转型期湖南省小城镇体育文化建设发展的理论框架,提出促进湖南省小城镇体育文化建设发展的指导思想、总体目标、基本任务和战略措施。

With the methods of questionnaire, interview and observation, the paper studies the development of sport culture construction in small towns in Hunan Province during the period of transition, including the concept of sport culture, sport organizations and rules, culture of sports for all, sport courts and facilities. Based on the requirement of the country on the construction of the small towns, a theoretical framework is worked out on developing the sport culture construction in small towns in Hunan Province during the period of transition together with its guiding ideology, general objects, basic task and strategic measures.
