Preparing Amino Silicone Oil by Bulk Polymerization Based on Amino Siloxane and Dimethylcyclosiloxane or Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane

摘要 以二甲基硅氧烷混合环体(DMC)或八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4 )及氨基硅氧烷为原料,通过本体聚合的方法制备氨基硅油。并对新旧两种方法的聚合条件、产品质量和性能进行了比较。通过对影响聚合的催化剂、偶联剂、封端剂、反应温度及反应时间等因素的讨论,确定了适宜的聚合条件。最后简要阐述了微乳化技术。 Amino silicone oil was prepared via bulk polymerization using dimethylcyclosiloxane or octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and amino siloxane as raw materials. A comparison between the new method with the old one was made in polymerization condition, quality and property of products. The optimum conditions for polymerization were obtained based on investigation of factors such as catalyst, coupling agent, capping agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and so on influencing on polymerization. Finally, the technique of micro emulsification was described in brief.
