摘要 利用分子自组装技术,在二氧化钛膜与载体间插入一个含双官能基的修饰分子,制备出高催化活性的新型二氧化钛薄膜。该修饰分子一端通过硅烷分子连接载体,另一端利用磺酸基来捕捉二氧化钛粒子,因此二氧化钛薄膜具有较大的表面积和优异的稳定性。对经过修饰的载体进行润湿角测定和ESCA的表征,从而证明载体已经被修饰。以甲基橙为光催化降解的探针反应,证实了新型薄膜具有比传统薄膜更高的催化活性。 New type of TiO_2 thin film with high catalytic activity is prepared using “molecular self assembly” technique, inserting a molecule containing double-functional group between TiO_2 film and substrate for modification. And one end of the modifying molecule links substrate through silane molecule, the other end catches TiO_2 particle with sulfo group, so the film has large surface area and excellent stability. Through the measurement of wetting angle and ESCA characterization, it is confirmed that substrate has been modified. By means of probe reaction based on photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange it is found that doping TiO_2 deposited on modified substrate novel film has higher catalytic activity than that traditional old film deposited on unmodified substrate.
