随着教育体制改革的深入、教育投资主体的多元化以及教育成本分担机制的建立,构建高 校生均标准教育服务成本有其现实意义。本文着重研究高校生均标准教育服务成本的计量和核定问题。

With the deepening of education reform, the diversification of education investment and the establishment of the share system of education cost, establishing the cost of colleges' equal standard educational service per student has its own significance.
