The Current Situation of Property Management in Wenzhou and its Countermeasures

本文针对目前温州住宅小区物业管理存在的弊端及业主(住户)对物业管理不满的原因进 行了分析,并就物业管理企业的日常管理提出了一些可行性的建议和对策,可以为物业管理今后的发展 提供一些参考性的意见。

Focusing on the existing drawbacks in the property management of Wenzhou residential areas along with the proprietors' dissatisfaction with it, this paper makes an analysis on the daily routine of the property management and then gives some feasible suggestions. It will be for the reference of the development of property management.
