摘要
教研室是课程建设、组织教学和科研的基本单位,承担着研究、指导、服务等职能。教研 室活动的有效开展对教学改革、教学质量提高以及教师专业发展意义重大。本文结合当前高职教育面临 的形势,介绍了一种有效开展教研活动的形式--教师行动研究,并通过实际案例,阐述了行动研究的 含义、步骤、方法和意义。
Staff Room is the basic unit to plan courses, organize teaching and conduct teaching research. It shoulders the responsibility of research, instruction and service. The successful launch of teaching research activity will be of great significance in reforming teaching, improving teaching quality and developing teacher's specialty. In the light of the present situation of higher professional education, this paper introduces an effective way to conduct teaching research activities teacher's action research. It explains the meaning, steps, methods and significance of it by giving specific cases.
