摘要
采用正交实验研究热水浸提乙醇分级沉淀江蓠低分子量多糖的最佳工艺条件为:温度70℃、时间10h、固液比1:30;并和超声波预处理浸提法提取工艺进行了比较,结果表明,超声波预处理对提高多糖得率无影响,但可以加快浸提速率。采用邻苯三酚自氧化和邻二氮菲-Fe2+-Fenton测定多糖清除O2·-和·OH能力,最大清除率分别为51.06%和33.83%,结果表明,提取的多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性。
The technique for extraction of low -molecular -weight polysaccharides from Gracilaria tenuistipitata with hot water was studied. The optimum conditions were: extraction temperature 70℃,the duration of extraction 10 hours, the water/algae ratio 1 :30. When ultrasonic pretreatment was applied, it showed little influence on yield, but cost less time. The superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of the polysaccharide was tested by pyrogallic acid autoxidation and 1, 10-phenanthroline-Fe2+-Fenton reaction, the highest inhibition rates were 51.06% and 33.83%. The results showed the scavenging effect of polysacharide was dose dependent and the polysaccharide had antioxidative activities.
