摘要
采用聚酰胺柱分离提取益智总黄酮,通过以不同浓度乙醇溶液(66%、75%、95%)洗脱聚酰胺柱得到益智黄酮,并以芦丁为标准品,采用比色法测定总黄酮含量。
This article investigates the extraction of the flavone from Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. The flavone was collected from polyamide column elute with different concentration alcohol solution. Using rutin as reference, the colorimetry was used to measure the amount of the flavone. The results show that the flavone content is 4.6g/kg and the flavone by using the concentration of 50% alcohol solution as the elute has the best productivity.
