摘要 研究了批量产品参考标架的程序自动化校准算法 .该算法解决了对于空间中具有平移、对称、旋转及其组合变换关系的批量产品其测量的理论值和实测值之间的变换问题 ,提出了基于基准点的标架校准技术和误差的评定方法 ,使批量产品的标架校准由原来的多次重复性复杂手工操作过程变为程序一次性精确校准 ,实例表明该方法在坐标方向上的精度可达 4 μm ,角度达到 0 .0 12° . This paper studied the program automatic alignment algorithm for batch production. The algorithm was used to deal with spatial orientation relations between theoretical values and measured values when batch production were in translation, reflection, rotation and composite transformation, and the alignment technology and the error evaluation method were presented based on base points, making alignment of batch production become once only precise from the original repeated complex manual operation courses. The results of examples show that the precision of 4 micron in coordinate axis direction and 0.012 degree in angle can be achieved.
