电网高峰负荷分析决策平台的设计与实现 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了电力系统高峰负荷分析决策平台的设计方案。首先通过系统分析电网高峰负荷特征信息量建立分析决策平台的系统结构框架;然后采用数据仓库技术设计包括历史数据和知识库的数据库,建立电力系统运行模式,研究电网运行的大量历史数据,采用数据挖掘方法进行负荷高峰前沿的负荷预测和状态预估,为电压态势分析及考虑网损修正的机组调度提供输入数据,最终为高峰调度的紧急状态提供决策支持信息。对实际系统的模拟分析结果表明,此平台能为调度运行人员提供有效的决策支持信息。 The scheme to design the power system peak load analysis and decision-making platform was discussed. At first through the systematic analysis of the amount of characteristic information of power network peak load, the architectural frame of analysis and decision-making platform was built; then using the data warehouse technology the database of historical data and knowledge data were designed, establishing the operating pattern of power system, researching lots of historical power network operation data and using data mining the load forecasting and pre-estimation of state for the leading edge of peak load were conducted and the input data for voltage tendency analysis and unit commitment considering network loss correction were provided; finally, the decision-making supporting information were offered to the emergency of peak load dispatching. The simulation results of actual power system show that the proposed platform can provide effective decision-making supporting information for dispatchers.
