摘要
由于环境保护和军事应用的需要,热电材料的研究引起了人们极大的关注。为了成功地与其他换能系统竞争,必须使 ZT 提高到1.5~3。论述了降低材料维数,研究功能梯度材料,研究新材料如氧化物热电材料、电子晶体声子玻璃结构材料、准晶材料、填充式导电聚合物复合材料等3条提高 ZT 值的途径。
Research on thermoelectric materials has been given much attention in the last decade because of the requirement of environment and military application.The dimensionless figure of merit ZT of thermoelectric mate- rials must be improved up to 1.5~3 in order to compete with traditional energy conversion system.This paper dis- cusses three ways to the improvement:reducing the dimension of materials,developing functionally graded materials, and developing new materials such as oxides system thermoelectric materials,skutterudite,quasi-crystalline,filled- up polymer.
