敏捷供应链下的多级库存优化策略研究 被引量：6

摘要 随着供应链管理模式发展的不断演进,现已提出了敏捷供应链的管理理念。本文在对传统多级库存的优化方法进行简单分析的基础上,提出了一种敏捷供应链概念下的基于时间优化的多级库存控制方法,并指出了其实施要点。
