一种负载型镍基催化剂上糠醇液相加氢制四氢糠醇的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对自制的负载型镍基催化剂 ,详细研究了糠醇选择催化加氢制备四氢糠醇的反应行为 ,考察了反应温度、压力、催化剂载量和搅拌速率等诸因素对催化性能的影响规律 ,进而得到糠醇加氢制备四氢糠醇的适宜操作条件 (反应温度 170℃、氢气压力 4 0MPa、搅拌速率 12 0 0r/min、催化剂载量 2 0 g/L) ,此外还浅析了催化剂重复使用情况 。 A kind of liquid phase hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol (FA) to tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA) on a special Ni supported catalyst was experimentally studied. And the effects of operation conditions, such as temperature, pressure, stirring rate and catalyst load, were carefully investigated, and the suitable conditions were finally determined as following: temperature 170?℃, pressure 4 0?MPa, catalyst loading 20?g/L and stirring rate 1?200?r/min.Under the suitable conditions, the hydrogenation of FA in the presence of the catalyst could lead to a high FA conversion above 99 6% and a high selectivity of THFA 98 4% within 2 5 hours. The catalyst could be used twice without further treatment.
